Payment

LK Yarns Inc. is a Canadian site and as such all our prices are in Canadian dollars. We accept Interact, VISA, MasterCard and American Express.

 

Shipping

At LK Yarns we strive to reply to your order on the same day that it is received. If the order is received on a holiday or weekend, we will respond the following work day. You will be informed if all items are in stock and, if not, suggested alternatives will be provided. If items are out of stock an estimate of when they will be received by us will be provided.

All orders are shipped via Canada Post and all in stock items are shipped within 3 days of the receipt of payment. Expect to receive your parcel within 7 – 10 days. You will be notified by email when your parcel has been sent and be provided with a tracking number.

 

Note: All shipping charges include shipping insurance.

Returns

Books, patterns, knitting needles, crochet hooks, notions and sale items are not returnable. Yarn returns and exchanges must be in original condition and accompanied by the proof of purchase (original receipt or order number). All returns are subject to the approval of LK Yarns.

All shipping costs related to the return of items are the responsibility of the customer.

 

Sales Tax

Sales taxes are based on the shipping address of your order within Canada. Sales taxes are not applied to orders outside of Canada.
